Custom software, platforms and integrations

Web apps, portals, SaaS products and the business systems behind them, built around how your business actually works.

IncludesBusiness SystemsCRM, sales pipelines, dashboards, process improvement and data that stays in sync.

Software should fit the business, not the other way round

Many businesses run on a patchwork of tools that don't talk to each other: leads live in inboxes, customer data sits in three places and reports take a day to assemble. Founders with a product idea face the opposite problem: knowing what to build first.

We map how work actually moves through the business, then build the software and systems that support it: applications with a clear structure, foundations that grow with you, and data that stays in sync. We start small where we can, prove it works, and extend it.

What we deliver

How a project runs

The OSAV Approach
  1. 01

    Discover

Users, goals, current systems, data and constraints; a scope and plan.

  2. 02

    Design

Flows, the data model and a clickable prototype of the first version.

  3. 03

    Build

Iterative development and integrations on a private staging link.

  4. 04

    Launch

Testing, migration, training, go-live, then improvements from real use.

Questions

Who owns the code you build?

Ownership and licensing are set out in the project agreement before work starts, so it's clear from day one.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Usually, yes. We review the systems you rely on and their APIs during discovery, then integrate rather than replace where that makes sense.

Do you build a CRM or configure an existing one?

Whichever fits. Often an established CRM configured well is the right answer; sometimes your process needs custom software. We recommend after discovery.

How long does a software project take?

It depends on the scope we agree in discovery. You'll get an estimate and a phased plan before any build work starts.

Will our team need training?

We include handover and training as part of launch, with documentation your team can refer back to.

What are we building?

Tell us about your project in a few steps. We read every brief ourselves and reply by email with questions or next steps.
