The public site uses a small browser preference. It does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers.
What the public site stores
The site stores your Reduce Motion choice in browser local storage under the key osav.reduceMotion. This is a preference, not a cookie. It remains in that browser until you switch the preference off or clear the site’s storage. The site also reads your operating-system reduced-motion setting without storing it.
Cookies and admin authentication
The public site does not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. OSAV’s admin authentication integration is inactive unless an operator explicitly enables it with server-side configuration. When enabled, Auth0 uses necessary authentication transaction and session cookies to sign in, protect admin pages, and sign out. The session cookie is HttpOnly and uses secure transport on HTTPS. The admin integration is not used to track public visitors.
Analytics, advertising, and embedded content
No analytics provider, advertising pixel, or embedded third-party media is integrated in the current application source. Public links to external sites open those sites only when you choose to follow them. Analytics remain deferred; this notice will be updated before any optional tracking is introduced.
Your controls
You can change the Reduce Motion setting using the site control or clear this site’s local storage through your browser settings. Blocking or clearing authentication cookies will prevent admin sign-in from remaining active. Browser controls can clear or block cookies and local storage, though doing so may affect site preferences or admin functionality.
Consent and legal requirements
The current public site uses a local display preference and does not run optional analytics or advertising tracking. For that reason, no tracking-consent banner is shown. If optional technologies are added, OSAV must assess the consent and notice requirements for the jurisdictions where visitors are located and prevent non-essential technologies from running before any required consent.
